Our original plan was to go to Hyak Sno Park for sledding and snowshoeing. However, the roads were too dangerous with the snow so we opted for Plan B. We went to Tradition Plateau for hiking. The kids enjoyed the hike and the puddles. We discussed trail etiquette, birds, slugs, etc. We hiked about 4 miles before we went back to the vans for lunch. It was raining and we wanted the kids to get dry and warm in the van. After lunch, we drove to Snoqualmie Falls for a look at the waterfall. We found a nice grassy area to play some games and then headed back to the school. Everything went well and the kids really seemed to enjoy themselves.
