Report:
Hiking Rattlesnake ledge and outdoor education activities at the lake.

In the morning before the hike the leaders were able to have a meeting at a coffee shop near the school and everyone was excited for a great day of hiking.

The hike went well and everyone had a great time! The students hiked at a good pace and everyone made it up to the ledge to have lunch. The clouds parted for some time and we were able to see Rattlesnake Lake for a bit.
As we hiked higher up in elevation the tops of trees had a dusting of snow this made for some great scenery. This trail is very popular and many people out hiking and everyone was respectful.
The hike was ahead of schedule and hiking back down to the lake and parking lot everyone was able to spend some time exploring and playing "Bear, Salmon, Mosquito".
Overall an enjoyable day and everyone is looking forward to more trips!!
